Once we confirm your identity, you will receive an Amazon Associates Tracking ID in your profile after which your can start recommending products on your website. The confirmation process can take up to 24 hours before you'll gain access to our Chrome Plugin. Recommended products listed on your site can take up to 72 hours for the affiliate link to become active.

That depends on your patient usage. Given most affiliate commissions for health related products range from 1-4% of the sale product price, it can take some time before you see your revenue.
